THE ARCHITECT
Most tools help you do more. The Architect helps you become more.
It sees the patterns you can't, names the resistance you feel, and asks the question
you've been avoiding. This is not a productivity app. It is a mirror.
What it does
01
Guided journaling
Write freely or with direction. Every entry is met with a response that challenges, reflects, and asks the one question you need right now — not generic advice.
02
Pattern memory
The Architect tracks what you write over time. It surfaces recurring themes, self-sabotage patterns, blind spots, and identity shifts you can't see from inside the loop.
03
Life architecture
Define your anti-vision, vision, constraints, and daily disciplines. The Architect uses this as context for every response — ensuring it's always aligned with where you're going.
04
Private by design
Your entries are encrypted on your device before they sync. The server stores encrypted data it cannot read. Plaintext is used transiently only to generate your mentor response — never logged or stored in readable form.
05
Continuing conversation
Every entry opens a conversation. Push back, dig deeper, or ask for clarity. The Architect maintains the thread and builds on your history — it never starts from zero.
06
Deep calibration
A seven-question calibration process maps your psychological landscape. The Architect uses this to give responses that are specific to you — not to a generic user profile.
Privacy
Your writing stays yours.
This is a tool for inner work. That requires complete honesty. Complete honesty requires complete privacy. So we built it that way from the ground up.
Your entries are encrypted on your device before they ever leave it. The server stores only encrypted data it cannot read. Plaintext is processed transiently by the AI to generate your mentor response — it is never logged, stored, or accessible in readable form. There is no admin view of your history.
AES-256 client-side encryption
Zero plaintext stored server-side

The philosophy
"You aren't where you want to be because you aren't yet the person who would be there."
The Architect
"All behavior is goal-oriented — even self-sabotage serves a purpose. The question is which purpose."
The Architect
"The version of you who has what you want already thinks differently. Become that person first."
The Architect

Seal your journal1 of 3
Lock this to you alone.
You've written enough that losing it would sting. Take half a minute to seal your journal — so only you can open it, even on a new phone.
We can't read your journal, and we can't unseal it for you. That's the whole point.
Your twelve words2 of 3
These twelve words are the key.
Save them to your Photos — the button below does it in one tap. A screenshot works just as well. The picture can open your journal by itself — it carries a code only your journal understands. Keep it the way you'd keep the key to a safe.
If the words are lost, the journal is too. We can't remake them — that's what sealed means.
"Send it to myself" opens your share sheet — pick Mail. The picture goes straight from your device to your inbox, never through our servers.
One quick check3 of 3
Tap the words we ask for.
Read them from the picture you just saved. If you can't find it, that's the check doing its job — go back and save your words.
Seal your journal
Sealed.
Your journal now opens only with your twelve words — on this phone, or any phone you pick up next.
Encryption · Confirm
Confirm your key
Paste your recovery key below to confirm you've saved it.
⚠ Save this key before continuing. If you lose it and ever sign in on a new device or browser, your encrypted entries cannot be recovered — by you or by us. Store it in your password manager, email it to yourself, or write it down somewhere safe.
Unlock
Open your journal.
This journal is sealed to you. Enter your twelve secret words to open it — type them, or tap Paste to drop all twelve in at once.
No words with you?
Your last device is the door. On any phone or computer where your journal is already open, go to Settings → Seal your journal — you'll have a fresh set of twelve words in seconds. They open everything, everywhere — including here.
We can't open it for you. Only your words can — we couldn't read a stored word if we tried.

Encryption · New Device
Unlock your encrypted data
You're signing in on a new device. Enter your recovery key to access your private history.
Your recovery key is only used to unlock your encrypted data on this device. It is never sent to any server.
Encryption · Private Password
Set a private password
Unlock your journal on any device with a password — no more saving a long key string. Your entries stay end-to-end encrypted, so we still can't read them. You'll still sign in the same way, with Google or your magic link.
At least 8 characters, with 1 uppercase letter and 1 number.
Encryption · Unlock
Enter your private password
Welcome back. Enter the private password you set, to unlock your journal on this device. Your entries are end-to-end encrypted — we can't read them, so only your password (or your recovery key) can open them.
⚠ Your journal is locked on this device — new entries are not being saved yet. Unlock to continue.
Encryption · A new safety net
Never lose access to your journal
Your journal is end-to-end encrypted — we still can't read it, and that doesn't change. But right now, if you lose your private key (a new device, a cleared browser), you'd lose access to your entries. Here's a safety net — pick whichever fits you:
A private password lets you unlock on any device, and saves your recovery key as a backup file too. It keeps your journal end-to-end encrypted.

Import recovery key
Every device that has opened your journal while signed in. If one looks unfamiliar, re-seal your journal and choose "Sign out my other devices" — you get twelve fresh words, and every other device has to sign in again.
Entries are encrypted on this device before they're stored — at rest, we couldn't read them if we tried. When your mentor replies, it reads what you wrote in that moment, and only then. Nothing you write is used to train anyone's models.

Your Life Blueprint
Architecture
The more The Architect knows about how your mind works, the sharper every response gets.
This page has two parts:
Calibrate The Architect — a short quiz that maps your communication style, motivation pattern, and how you absorb feedback. The Architect uses this to calibrate its tone, intensity, and approach to you specifically. It takes about 3 minutes.
Your Life Blueprint — six optional questions about your vision, your anti-vision, your constraints, and what you're building. You don't have to fill all of them. Every answer you give narrows the gap between a generic mentor and one that actually knows you.
Neither section expires. Come back and update them when you change.
Anti-Vision
The life you refuse to live. What happens if you lose or give up.
Vision
The ideal life you're building toward. This is how you win the game.
1-Year Direction
The single most important outcome in the next 12 months. Your sole priority.
Current Focus
The boss fight. What you need to learn, build, or complete this month.
Daily Non-Negotiables
The 2-3 needle-moving actions. Your quests. What the person you're becoming would simply do.
Constraints
The rules of your game. What you refuse to sacrifice. Limitations that encourage creativity.
Microphone Access Needed
To use voice input, allow microphone access when your browser asks.

One thing before you begin.
The Architect gives sharper, more personal guidance when it knows your blueprint.
Where you're headed. What you're building. What you refuse to become. It takes 3 minutes. It changes everything.

THE ARCHITECT
A QUESTION TO SIT WITH
THE ARCHITECT NOTICED SOMETHING
Want to go deeper?
Your responses already show a pattern worth exploring. A short calibration sequence — 7 questions, ~5 minutes — helps The Architect understand the deeper structure of what's keeping you stuck.
This isn't a form. It's where the real work starts.
YOU'VE BEEN SHOWING UP
This is where it compounds.

Saved · The Architect's context is partial
I can see your vision and what you refuse to become. With Builder or The Architect, I'll factor every component — your timeline, daily code, and non-negotiables — into every response.
