Privacy Policy

Architect (formerly “The Architect”) is built on a simple principle: your private thoughts should stay private. Your journal entries are encrypted on your device before they ever leave it. We cannot read them. This policy explains exactly what we collect, what we don’t, and why.

What we collect

Account information: Your email address and authentication method (Google or email magic link). Used solely for login and account recovery.
Encrypted journal entries: Your entries are encrypted client-side using AES-256 before syncing. The server stores only ciphertext it cannot decrypt.
Subscription data: Payment status, plan type, and billing dates managed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Usage metadata: Entry counts, feature usage timestamps, and session data for quota enforcement. This does not include entry content.
Topic labels: The mentor labels each entry with a broad topic (for example, work or relationships), and we count these labels to improve the product. For a new account, the labels of the first entry (its broad topic group, what kind of entry it was and its tone) and the approximate location it was written from are kept with the account for at most 30 days; after that, only anonymous totals remain. Sensitive topics, such as health, are never kept with your account. Labels never contain your words and are never used for advertising.
Reply labels: To improve the mentor, we keep with your account a few labels the mentor gives each of its replies — such as how the reply landed (for example, whether it seemed confusing), what kind of entry it answered, and which mentor and language wrote it; they never contain your words (your entries stay encrypted, and we can’t read them), and they are deleted with your account.
Analytics: Anonymous product analytics via PostHog, including approximate location (country, region and city, from your connection), counted in aggregate. Used to improve the product.
Anonymous counts: We count page views and a few taps (such as a tap on a sign-up button) without cookies and without any identifier, and store no IP address: only daily totals by page, country and device type (phone, tablet or desktop).
Ad measurement: If you came to us from one of our ads, we keep that ad’s click identifier with your account and let the ad platform know when it led to a sign-up or a subscription, so we can measure our ads. To match it, the platform also receives your email address in scrambled, one-way (hashed) form. None of this ever includes your journal content, and it is never used for ad targeting.
Cookies: If your device is set to a time zone in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you accept, and Decline keeps them off, on the website and in the app. Elsewhere, Decline turns off the advertising cookies that measure our ads, and our own analytics stay on; in the iOS and Android apps, which carry no advertising cookies, Decline turns analytics off. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page, or in the app under Settings → Cookies & analytics.

What we do NOT collect

We do not read, store, or log your plaintext journal entries on our servers.
We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way.
We never use your data or your journal content for ad targeting; the only advertising use is the ad measurement described above.
We do not train AI models on your entries. Your text is processed transiently by our AI model provider to generate your mentor response, then discarded.

Encryption

All journal entries and mentor responses are encrypted on your device using AES-256 before being transmitted to our servers. The encryption key is generated randomly on your device and we never receive it in readable form. We store only encrypted data — we cannot decrypt it, and there is no admin view of your content.

You control a recovery key that allows you to access your encrypted history from other devices. If you lose your recovery key and your session expires, your encrypted history cannot be recovered — by design.

AI processing

When you submit a journal entry, its text is sent in readable form to our AI model provider to generate your mentor response, and to build your mentor’s memory of it, which is encrypted the same way. When memory is on, what you’re writing may be sent as you type, so your mentor can find related past entries; it’s never stored. This processing is transient — under our data processing agreement, the provider does not store your data or train on it. The plaintext is never logged, cached, or stored on our servers in readable form. That is why we call your journal encrypted at rest rather than end-to-end: stored, it is unreadable to us; the model reads it only for the moment it takes to write your reply or to build that memory.

If you attach photos, they are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket and accessed only via time-limited signed URLs. Photos are shown to our AI model provider for visual context only while your reply is being written, then the signed URLs expire.

If you use voice features, the same principle applies — processing is transient and not used to train models. Voice notes are transcribed by a speech-recognition provider. When you tap Listen, or talk with your mentor in the Sitting, the text of your mentor’s reply — which can quote what you wrote — is sent to a voice provider solely to generate the spoken audio. As with everything else, none of it is stored on our servers in readable form.

Data retention

Your encrypted journal entries are retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (entries, profile, usage logs) is permanently deleted from our systems. There is no soft-delete or recovery period after account deletion.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
You can delete your entire account, which permanently removes all data.
You can contact us at hello@architectapp.ai for any privacy-related requests.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

Hesabın yeniyse, ilk yazının etiketleri (geniş konu grubu, ne tür bir yazı olduğu ve tonu) ve yazdığın yerin yaklaşık konumu en fazla 30 gün hesabınla birlikte durur; sonra geriye yalnızca anonim toplamlar kalır. Sağlık gibi hassas konular hiçbir zaman hesabınla birlikte tutulmaz. Etiketlerde senin sözlerin yer almaz ve reklam için asla kullanılmaz.
Yanıt etiketleri: Mentoru geliştirmek için, mentorun her yanıtına koyduğu birkaç etiketi hesabınla birlikte saklarız — yanıtın nasıl karşılandığı (örneğin kafa karıştırıcı görünüp görünmediği), nasıl bir yazıya yanıt verdiği ve onu hangi mentorun hangi dilde yazdığı gibi; bu etiketlerde senin sözlerin asla yer almaz (yazıların şifreli kalır, biz onları okuyamayız) ve hesabını sildiğinde onlar da silinir.
Analitik: PostHog üzerinden anonim ürün analizi; bağlantından anlaşılan yaklaşık konum (ülke, bölge ve şehir) da buna dahildir ve yalnızca toplu olarak sayılır. Ürünü iyileştirmek için kullanılır.

Reklam ölçümü: Bize reklamlarımızdan biriyle geldiysen, o reklamın tıklama kimliğini hesabınla birlikte saklarız ve bu tıklama bir hesap açılışına ya da aboneliğe dönüştüğünde reklam platformuna bildiririz; böylece reklamlarımızı ölçebiliriz. Eşleştirebilmesi için platform e-posta adresini de tek yönlü karma (hash) biçiminde alır. Bunların hiçbiri günlüğünün içeriğini içermez ve reklam hedeflemesi için asla kullanılmaz.
Çerezler: Cihazının saat dilimi AB’de, AEA’da, Birleşik Krallık’ta ya da İsviçre’deyse analitik ve reklam çerezleri sen kabul edene kadar kapalı kalır; Reddet seçeneği onları web sitesinde ve uygulamada kapalı tutar. Diğer yerlerde Reddet, reklamlarımızı ölçen reklam çerezlerini kapatır, kendi analitiğimiz açık kalır; reklam çerezi taşımayan iOS ve Android uygulamalarında ise Reddet analitiği kapatır. Seçimini istediğin zaman her sayfanın altındaki “Çerez ayarları” bağlantısından ya da uygulamada Ayarlar → Çerezler ve analitik bölümünden değiştirebilirsin.

Ne toplamIYORUZ

Sunucularımızda düz metin günlük yazılarını okumayız, saklamayız veya kaydetmeyiz.
Verilerini hiçbir şekilde satmayız, paylaşmayız veya paraya çevirmeyiz.
Verilerini ya da günlüğünün içeriğini reklam hedeflemesi için asla kullanmayız; reklamla ilgili tek kullanım yukarıda anlatılan reklam ölçümüdür.
Yazılarınla yapay zekâ modeli eğitmeyiz. Metinlerin, mentor yanıtını oluşturmak için yapay zekâ model sağlayıcımız tarafından yalnızca o an işlenir, ardından silinir.

Şifreleme

Tüm günlük yazıları ve mentor yanıtları, sunucularımıza iletilmeden önce cihazında AES-256 kullanılarak şifrelenir. Şifreleme anahtarı cihazında rastgele oluşturulur ve onu okunabilir biçimde hiçbir zaman almayız. Yalnızca şifrelenmiş veri saklarız — çözemeyiz ve içeriğin yönetici görünümü yoktur.

Şifrelenmiş geçmişine başka cihazlardan erişmeni sağlayan bir kurtarma anahtarını sen kontrol edersin. Kurtarma anahtarını kaybeder ve oturumun süresi dolarsa, şifrelenmiş geçmişin kurtarılamaz — bu tasarım gereğidir.

Yapay zekâ işleme

Bir günlük yazısı gönderdiğinde metni, mentor yanıtını oluşturmak ve mentorunun bu yazıya dair hafızasını kurmak için okunabilir hâliyle yapay zekâ model sağlayıcımıza gider; bu hafıza da aynı şekilde şifrelenir. Hafıza açıkken yazdıkların, mentorun ilgili geçmiş yazılarını bulabilsin diye daha sen yazarken gönderilebilir; hiçbir zaman saklanmaz. Bu işlem geçicidir — veri işleme sözleşmemiz gereği sağlayıcı verilerini saklamaz, onlarla model eğitmez. Düz metin sunucularımızda hiçbir zaman okunabilir biçimde kaydedilmez, önbelleğe alınmaz veya saklanmaz. Günlüğün için “uçtan uca şifreli” yerine “saklanırken şifreli” dememizin nedeni de bu: kayıtlıyken biz okuyamayız; model ise onu yalnızca yanıtını yazdığı ya da o hafızayı kurduğu o an okur.

Fotoğraf eklersen, bunlar özel bir Supabase Storage alanında saklanır ve yalnızca süreli imzalı URL’ler aracılığıyla erişilir. Fotoğraflar yalnızca yanıtın yazılırken, görsel bağlam için yapay zekâ model sağlayıcımıza gösterilir; ardından imzalı URL’lerin süresi dolar.

Sesli özellikleri kullanırsan aynı ilke geçerlidir — işlem geçicidir ve model eğitiminde kullanılmaz. Sesli notların bir konuşma tanıma sağlayıcısı tarafından yazıya dökülür. Dinle’ye dokunduğunda ya da The Sitting’de mentorunla konuştuğunda, mentor yanıtının metni — yazdıklarından alıntı da içerebilir — yalnızca sesi oluşturmak için bir ses sağlayıcısına gönderilir. Diğer her şey gibi bunlar da sunucularımızda okunabilir biçimde saklanmaz.

Veri saklama

Şifrelenmiş günlük yazıların hesabın aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabını silersen, tüm ilişkili veriler (yazılar, profil, kullanım kayıtları) sistemlerimizden kalıcı olarak silinir. Hesap silme sonrasında geçici silme veya kurtarma süresi yoktur.

Hakların

Verilerini Ayarlar’dan istediğin zaman dışa aktarabilir veya silebilirsin.
Tüm verileri kalıcı olarak kaldıran hesabını tamamen silebilirsin.

Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Architect (antes “The Architect”) se construye sobre un principio simple: tus pensamientos privados deben permanecer privados. Tus entradas de diario se cifran en tu dispositivo antes de sincronizarse. No podemos leerlas. Esta política explica exactamente qué recopilamos, qué no, y por qué.

Qué recopilamos

Información de la cuenta: Tu dirección de correo electrónico y método de autenticación (Google o enlace mágico por correo). Se usa únicamente para iniciar sesión y recuperar la cuenta.
Entradas de diario cifradas: Tus entradas se cifran en el dispositivo con AES-256 antes de sincronizarse. El servidor solo almacena texto cifrado que no puede descifrar.
Datos de suscripción: Estado del pago, tipo de plan y fechas de facturación gestionados a través de Stripe. No almacenamos números de tarjetas de crédito.
Metadatos de uso: Número de entradas, marcas de tiempo de uso de funciones y datos de sesión para aplicar las cuotas. No incluye el contenido de las entradas.
Etiquetas de tema: El mentor etiqueta cada entrada con un tema general (por ejemplo, trabajo o relaciones) y contamos esas etiquetas para mejorar el producto. Si tu cuenta es nueva, las etiquetas de tu primera entrada (su grupo temático, qué tipo de entrada era y su tono) y la ubicación aproximada desde donde la escribiste se guardan con tu cuenta un máximo de 30 días; después solo quedan totales anónimos. Los temas sensibles, como la salud, nunca se guardan con tu cuenta. Las etiquetas nunca contienen tus palabras y nunca se usan para publicidad.
Etiquetas de respuesta: Para mejorar el mentor, guardamos con tu cuenta algunas etiquetas que el mentor pone a cada una de sus respuestas — por ejemplo, cómo se recibió la respuesta (si pareció confusa), a qué tipo de entrada respondía y qué mentor la escribió y en qué idioma; nunca contienen tus palabras (tus entradas siguen cifradas y no podemos leerlas) y se eliminan con tu cuenta.
Analítica: Analítica de producto anónima vía PostHog, incluida tu ubicación aproximada (país, región y ciudad, según tu conexión), que contamos en conjunto. Se usa para mejorar el producto.
Recuentos anónimos: Contamos las visitas a las páginas y algunos toques (como un toque en un botón de registro) sin cookies y sin ningún identificador, y no guardamos la dirección IP: solo totales diarios por página, país y tipo de dispositivo (móvil, tableta u ordenador).
Medición de anuncios: Si llegaste desde uno de nuestros anuncios, guardamos el identificador de clic de ese anuncio con tu cuenta y le avisamos a la plataforma de anuncios cuando llevó a un registro o a una suscripción, para poder medir nuestros anuncios. Para hacer la coincidencia, la plataforma también recibe tu correo electrónico en forma codificada e irreversible (hash). Nada de esto incluye el contenido de tu diario y nunca se usa para segmentar anuncios.
Cookies: Si tu dispositivo usa una zona horaria de la UE, el EEE, el Reino Unido o Suiza, las cookies de analítica y de publicidad quedan desactivadas hasta que aceptes, y Rechazar las mantiene desactivadas, en el sitio web y en la app. En el resto del mundo, Rechazar desactiva las cookies de publicidad que miden nuestros anuncios, y nuestra propia analítica sigue activa; en las apps de iOS y Android, que no llevan cookies de publicidad, Rechazar desactiva la analítica. Puedes cambiar tu elección en cualquier momento con «Configuración de cookies», al pie de cada página, o en la app, en Ajustes → Cookies y analítica.

Qué NO recopilamos

No leemos, almacenamos ni registramos tus entradas de diario en texto plano en nuestros servidores.
No vendemos, compartimos ni monetizamos tus datos de ninguna manera.
Nunca usamos tus datos ni el contenido de tu diario para segmentar anuncios; el único uso publicitario es la medición de anuncios descrita arriba.
No entrenamos modelos de IA con tus entradas. Nuestro proveedor de modelos de IA procesa tu texto de forma transitoria para generar la respuesta de tu mentor, y luego se descarta.

Cifrado

Todas las entradas de diario y las respuestas del mentor se cifran en tu dispositivo con AES-256 antes de transmitirse a nuestros servidores. La clave de cifrado se genera aleatoriamente en tu dispositivo y nunca la recibimos en forma legible. Solo almacenamos datos cifrados — no podemos descifrarlos y no existe una vista de administrador de tu contenido.

Tú controlas una clave de recuperación que te permite acceder a tu historial cifrado desde otros dispositivos. Si pierdes tu clave de recuperación y tu sesión caduca, tu historial cifrado no se podrá recuperar — por diseño.

Procesamiento de IA

Cuando envías una entrada de diario, su texto llega en forma legible a nuestro proveedor de modelos de IA para generar la respuesta de tu mentor, y para construir la memoria que tu mentor guarda de ella, que se cifra de la misma manera. Cuando la memoria está activada, lo que estás escribiendo puede enviarse mientras tecleas, para que tu mentor encuentre entradas anteriores relacionadas; nunca se guarda. Este procesamiento es transitorio — según nuestro acuerdo de procesamiento de datos, el proveedor no almacena tus datos ni los usa para entrenar. El texto en claro nunca se registra, almacena en caché ni se guarda en nuestros servidores en forma legible. Por eso decimos que tu diario está cifrado en reposo, no de extremo a extremo: guardado, nosotros no podemos leerlo; el modelo lo lee solo mientras escribe tu respuesta o construye esa memoria.

Si adjuntas fotos, se almacenan en un bucket privado de Supabase Storage y se acceden solo mediante URLs firmadas con tiempo limitado. Las fotos se muestran a nuestro proveedor de modelos de IA como contexto visual solo mientras se escribe tu respuesta, y luego las URLs firmadas caducan.

Si usas las funciones de voz, se aplica el mismo principio — el procesamiento es transitorio y no se usa para entrenar modelos. Tus notas de voz las transcribe un proveedor de reconocimiento de voz. Cuando tocas Escuchar, o hablas con tu mentor en The Sitting, el texto de su respuesta — que puede citar lo que escribiste — se envía a un proveedor de voz únicamente para generar el audio. Como todo lo demás, nada de esto se almacena en nuestros servidores en forma legible.

Conservación de datos

Tus entradas de diario cifradas se conservan mientras tu cuenta esté activa. Si eliminas tu cuenta, todos los datos asociados (entradas, perfil, registros de uso) se eliminan permanentemente de nuestros sistemas. No hay borrado parcial ni periodo de recuperación tras eliminar la cuenta.

Tus derechos

Puedes exportar o eliminar tus datos en cualquier momento desde Ajustes.
Puedes eliminar toda tu cuenta, lo que borra permanentemente todos los datos.

Cambios en esta política

Podemos actualizar esta política a medida que el producto evolucione. Los cambios significativos se comunicarán por correo electrónico o mediante notificación en la aplicación. La fecha de “última actualización” al inicio refleja la revisión más reciente.
