Terms of Service

By using The Architect, you agree to these terms. The short version: use the product honestly, don't misuse it, and understand that it's a reflection tool — not therapy.
1. What The Architect is
The Architect is a private AI journaling and mentorship platform. You write journal entries, and the system responds with mentor-level reflection powered by AI. It is designed to help you think more clearly, recognize your patterns, and build self-awareness.
2. What The Architect is not
The Architect is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or crisis support. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage any mental health condition. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services immediately.
The AI responses are generated by language models and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Use your own judgment when interpreting responses.
3. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and recovery key.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use The Architect.
- One account per person. Do not share your account with others.
4. Your content
You retain full ownership of everything you write in The Architect. Your journal entries are encrypted client-side and stored as ciphertext we cannot read. We claim no rights over your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not use The Architect to generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
5. AI-generated responses
Mentor responses are generated by AI (currently Anthropic's Claude). These responses are provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or suitability. The Architect and its operators are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
6. Subscription and billing
- Free tier: Available indefinitely with usage limits. No credit card required.
- Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed on the website and may change with notice.
- Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your billing period.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@architectapp.ai.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication, or encryption mechanisms.
- Use the service to harm, harass, or exploit others.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service beyond your own content.
- Use automated tools to access the service at scale.
- Resell or redistribute access to The Architect.
8. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes all your data from our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
The Architect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Architect and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Privacy
Your use of The Architect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

1. The Architect nedir
The Architect, özel bir yapay zekâ günlük ve mentorluk platformudur. Günlük yazıları yazarsın, sistem yapay zekâ destekli mentor düzeyinde yansımayla yanıt verir. Daha net düşünmen, kalıplarını fark etmen ve öz farkındalık geliştirmen için tasarlandı.
2. The Architect ne değildir
The Architect terapi, danışmanlık, tıbbi tavsiye veya kriz desteği değildir. Herhangi bir ruh sağlığı durumunu teşhis etmez, tedavi etmez veya yönetmez. Bir ruh sağlığı krizi yaşıyorsan lütfen lisanslı bir uzmanla veya yerel acil servislerle iletişime geç.
Yapay zekâ yanıtları dil modelleri tarafından oluşturulur ve zaman zaman yanlış, eksik veya uygunsuz olabilir. Yanıtları yorumlarken kendi muhakemeni kullan.
3. Hesabın

- The Architect’i kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmalısın.

4. İçeriğin
The Architect’te yazdığın her şeyin tam mülkiyeti sana aittir. Günlük yazıların istemci tarafında şifrelenir ve okuyamayacağımız şifreli metin olarak saklanır. İçeriğin üzerinde hiçbir hak talep etmeyiz.
Gönderdiğin içerikten yalnızca sen sorumlusun. The Architect’i yasa dışı, zararlı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik oluşturmak, saklamak veya dağıtmak için kullanma.
5. Yapay zekâ yanıtları
Mentor yanıtları yapay zekâ tarafından oluşturulur (şu anda Anthropic’in Claude’u). Bu yanıtlar doğruluk, eksiksizlik veya uygunluk garantisi olmaksızın “olduğu gibi” sağlanır. The Architect ve operatörleri, yapay zekâ içeriğine dayanarak aldığın kararlardan sorumlu değildir.
6. Abonelik ve faturalandırma
- Ücretsiz katman: Kullanım limitleriyle süresiz olarak kullanılabilir. Kredi kartı gerekmez.
- Ücretli planlar: Stripe üzerinden aylık veya yıllık olarak faturalandırılır. Fiyatlar web sitesinde listelenir ve bildirimle değişebilir.
- Abonelikler: Ücretli planlar aylık veya yıllık faturalandırılır. İstediğiniz zaman iptal edin — fatura dönemi sonuna kadar erişiminiz devam eder.
- İptal: Aboneliğini Ayarlar’dan istediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin. Erişim mevcut fatura döneminin sonuna kadar devam eder.
- İade: Dijital hizmetlerin doğası gereği iadeler duruma göre değerlendirilir. hello@architectapp.ai adresinden bize ulaş.
7. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersin:
- Kullanım limitlerini, kimlik doğrulamayı veya şifreleme mekanizmalarını aşmaya çalışmak.
- Hizmeti başkalarına zarar vermek, taciz etmek veya sömürmek için kullanmak.
- Kendi içeriğin dışında hizmetten tersine mühendislik yapmak, veri çekmek veya ayıklamak.
- Hizmete ölçekli erişim için otomatik araçlar kullanmak.
- The Architect’e erişimi yeniden satmak veya dağıtmak.
8. Hesap feshi
Hesabını Ayarlar’dan istediğin zaman silebilirsin. Bu, tüm verilerini sistemlerimizden kalıcı olarak kaldırır.
Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları bildirimli veya bildirimsiz olarak askıya alma veya feshetme hakkımızı saklı tutarız.
9. Sorumluluk sınırlaması
The Architect herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın “olduğu gibi” sağlanır. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, The Architect ve operatörleri hizmeti kullanmanızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu olmayacaktır.

10. Gizlilik

11. Bu koşullardaki değişiklikler

1. Qué es The Architect
The Architect es una plataforma privada de diario y mentoría con IA. Escribes entradas de diario y el sistema responde con reflexión de nivel mentor impulsada por IA. Está diseñado para ayudarte a pensar con más claridad, reconocer tus patrones y desarrollar autoconciencia.
2. Qué no es The Architect
The Architect no es terapia, asesoramiento, consejo médico ni apoyo en crisis. No diagnostica, trata ni gestiona ninguna condición de salud mental. Si estás atravesando una crisis de salud mental, por favor contacta a un profesional licenciado o a los servicios de emergencia locales de inmediato.
Las respuestas de IA se generan mediante modelos de lenguaje y ocasionalmente pueden ser inexactas, incompletas o inapropiadas. Usa tu propio criterio al interpretar las respuestas.
3. Tu cuenta
- Debes proporcionar una dirección de correo electrónico válida para crear una cuenta.
- Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tus credenciales de cuenta y tu clave de recuperación.
- Debes tener al menos 18 años para usar The Architect.
- Una cuenta por persona. No compartas tu cuenta con otros.
4. Tu contenido
Conservas la propiedad total de todo lo que escribas en The Architect. Tus entradas de diario se cifran del lado del cliente y se almacenan como texto cifrado que no podemos leer. No reclamamos ningún derecho sobre tu contenido.
Eres el único responsable del contenido que envíes. No uses The Architect para generar, almacenar o distribuir contenido ilegal, dañino o que viole los derechos de terceros.
5. Respuestas generadas por IA
Las respuestas del mentor son generadas por IA (actualmente Claude de Anthropic). Estas respuestas se proporcionan “tal cual” sin garantía alguna de exactitud, integridad o idoneidad. The Architect y sus operadores no son responsables de las decisiones que tomes con base en el contenido generado por IA.
6. Suscripción y facturación
- Plan gratuito: Disponible de forma indefinida con límites de uso. No se requiere tarjeta de crédito.
- Planes de pago: Facturados mensual o anualmente a través de Stripe. Los precios figuran en el sitio web y pueden cambiar con aviso previo.
- Suscripciones: Los planes de pago se facturan mensual o anualmente. Cancela cuando quieras — conservas el acceso hasta el final de tu periodo de facturación.
- Cancelación: Puedes cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento desde Ajustes. El acceso continúa hasta el final del periodo de facturación actual.
- Reembolsos: Debido a la naturaleza de los servicios digitales, los reembolsos se manejan caso por caso. Contáctanos en hello@architectapp.ai.
7. Uso aceptable
Aceptas no:
- Intentar eludir los límites de uso, los mecanismos de autenticación o de cifrado.
- Usar el servicio para dañar, acosar o explotar a terceros.
- Aplicar ingeniería inversa, hacer scraping o extraer datos del servicio más allá de tu propio contenido.
- Usar herramientas automatizadas para acceder al servicio a escala.
- Revender o redistribuir el acceso a The Architect.
8. Terminación de la cuenta
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde Ajustes. Esto elimina permanentemente todos tus datos de nuestros sistemas.
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar cuentas que violen estos términos, con o sin previo aviso.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
The Architect se proporciona “tal cual” sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, The Architect y sus operadores no serán responsables de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial o consecuente derivado de tu uso del servicio.
Nuestra responsabilidad total no excederá el monto que pagaste por el servicio en los 12 meses previos a la reclamación.
10. Privacidad
Tu uso de The Architect también se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad, que describe cómo manejamos tus datos.
11. Cambios en estos términos
Podemos actualizar estos términos a medida que el producto evolucione. El uso continuado del servicio después de los cambios constituye su aceptación. Los cambios significativos se comunicarán por correo electrónico o mediante notificación en la aplicación.
